Summer 2011

Summer 2011

April 3, 2011 saw the third Fashion Addict show take place in Brangwyn Hall. The sold out event was a huge success, with retailers, hairdressers and local talent all coming together to produce an incredible evening.

We are so pleased with the way the entire show was received, especially the opening as we took it down a completely different avenue performance-wise. It overflowed with character and the Mccallion Brown kids and dancers gave that extra bit of magic.

With more than 50 models, energetic dancers and a host of city retailers, Fashion Addict set off with a bang. We have got a lot of retailers involved that we have never had before. We also opened with children aged between four and eight which was new for us. It was a very exciting and fast moving show.

South West Wales Media managing director Blanche Sainsbury said it was great to see so many retailers involved to show people just what is on offer in the city centre.“Tickets sold out and it was not just a fashion show but an evening out for everyone” she said. “The event shoes our commitment as a local paper to the retailers, advertisers and community”

From the spring fashions to the superb dancers and even a live outfit customization on stage, the spring/summer Fashion Addict was a hit and we are already looking forward to the next one!
